I have a Diploma of Remedial Massage, Diploma of Aromatherapy and Bachelor of Social Work. Also, completed further studies in Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy and Positional Release.

I am an experienced massage and body work therapist with nearly 20 years of experience. My passion for health, well-being and devoted belief in the remarkable healing powers of the body, mind and spirit have lead me into educating myself further in the realm of Health and Wellness Coaching, helping you achieve your full potential.
